Marleb, a well-established family business for over 40 years, is looking for a dynamic and organized supervisor to ensure the planning, monitoring and quality of housekeeping operations on various commercial, industrial and institutional sites.
Here, there is no routine! You move to new work environments every day, and you actively participate in the quality of the services provided to our customers.

Your daily role:
- Organize, plan and monitor maintenance operations at different sites
- Coordinate schedules, manage replacements
- Visit sites to inspect, plan requirements and ensure quality of work
- Manage the products and equipment needed for contracts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods
- Provide support to employees in the field and facilitate their integration, see to the training of new employees
- Implementation of maintenance activity management software (HYSA)
- Ensure customer relationship management
You are the person we need if you have:
- A good sense of organization and priorities
- Great autonomy, resourcefulness and good judgment
- A completed secondary school
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, with good knowledge of cleaning methods and techniques
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a good record
- A good knowledge of basic technological tools
